For returns, they do not provide refunds when items are on sale or part of a site-wide sale, but they are happy to exchange or provide a credit note. They provide refunds on full-priced items if the items have not been washed, damaged or worn, are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and you notify them for a refund within 14 days of shipment arrival date. Refunds will not be made if the garments have been purchased in a stockist store. Once they have received your item, they will refund you through your original payment method. Unfortunately, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded. They do not refund sale goods unless they are faulty.

For exchanges, you may exchange your order for a credit note which can be redeemed online. Upon receipt of your returned order, they will issue you with a credit note to the value of your return, where they will send to your email. Please note that credit notes are only valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash. Exchanges will only be accepted if the items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, the items have not been worn, damaged or washed, you notify them within 100 days of receipt of goods, and the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase.

To return an item, you need to request a return/exchange by emailing info@pinkyandkamal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, the reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange/refund. Once your refund/exchange has been approved you can send it back to them to the address given.
